Saakashvili signs ceasefire plan for South Ossetia
Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili has signed the ceasefire agreement for South Ossetia the Russian and French presidents had agreed on earlier.
Saakashvili broke the news himself at a joint news conference with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
