	Fellow Russian dumps Sharapova out of Wimbledon in second round

Russian tennis star Maria Sharapova was sensationally defeated by fellow Russian Alla Kudryavtseva and failed to make it into the third round of Wimbledon.

The 2004 Wimbledon champion and this year's Australian Open winner Maria Sharapova lost 2-6, 4-6.

The 20-year-old Kudryavtseva, ranked 154th in the world, will now face China's Peng Shuai for a place in the last 16.
