A decision to this effect was taken by the Executive Committee of the International University Sports Federation on Saturday on the base of comparative assessment between Kazan, Gwang Ju (South Korea) and Vigo (Spain).

“We won,” aide to the Tatar prime minister, Rustam Minnikhanov, said. He led the Tatar delegation in Brussels.
