Russia can succeed in Olympic project
Preparations for the Winter Olympic Games 2014 would be one of the most difficult, but Russia has chances for success, head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Coordination Commission Jean-Claude Killy said on Tuesday.

He said they were impressed with what they had seen in the Sochi zone and the tempo of works. In the opinion of Killy, the Sochi Games were a challenge from the point of view of large construction works.

The IOC Coordination Commission will be giving support to Russia for six years. Killy said that the commission members were experienced in Olympic preparations and Russia should listen to them and accept their recommendations.

He thanked outgoing Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov for his contribution to the Olympic works.
