The participants in civil disobedience actions in Kyiv lifted the blockade from the Cabinet of Ministers building on Thursday, but are determined to blockade the presidential office until opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko enters it in the capacity of head of state, a spokesman for the picketers told Interfax on Thursday.
About 30 people are standing near the presidential office on Instytutska Street and others are blockading the building on the Lyuteranska Street.
