The Russian Justice Ministry has made a decision to sell part of YUKOS assets through the federal property fund RFFI, Justice Ministry official Alexander Buksman said.
The company’s current debt to the budget stands at 3.73 billion dollars and the pace of its settlement does not satisfy either the Justice Ministry or the tax authorities.
