The flat is fully furnished, wooden floors, spacious living room, Internet, kitchen, bathroom, normal (European) taps, cellar, private garden with BBQ and space for a fire, canal view with swans and all types of poultry. The street is quiet, shops, restaurants, pubs, clinic, 2 train stations and a park are all within 5 mins walking distance. Good connection to the city, i.e. 15 mins. to King’ s Cross or 20 to Holborn. 477.50£ / month for the room, bills excluded – we would share these.
My flatmate is leaving and I don’t want to let go this amazing flat for a great price. I am a professional in the late 20’s, communicative and fun.
